How our claim process works

Our warranty claims are completed via a simple 3 step process.


A BMC Retailer submits a claim via our warranty portal and it is received by our warranty department.


Our warranty and product departments review the claim. Our retailers can check status of a claim via our warranty portal.


Our warranty department provides a resolution for the warranty claim to our retailer, who then closes the resolution with the customer.
